Site Facilities & Temporary Works
NLS Contractors supplies site facilities and temporary works for contractors mobilising on Saudi projects: offices, welfare units, generator rooms, guard houses, accommodation blocks, temporary power and water, access roads and hardstand. Units arrive ready to connect and are removed at demobilisation.
Every project starts with a mobilisation package nobody wants to think about: where people sit, eat, pray, sleep and park, where the generator runs, and how a truck gets in. Done late, it delays the permanent works. Done as a single package, it is one of the cheaper ways to take risk out of a programme.
The core is the prefab units. Site offices and meeting rooms, toilet and ablution blocks, canteens, prayer rooms, guard houses and gate cabins arrive insulated and wired for air conditioning. Insulated containers hold generators and electrical equipment, with ventilation sized to the generator maker's data and NFPA 110 where the specification cites it. Accommodation blocks stack cabins into dormitories with the electrical, plumbing and fire detection they need.
Temporary works surround the units. A levelled plinth or compacted hardstand for every cabin, temporary power distribution from the generator or the grid connection, water tanks and sewage storage or connection, perimeter fencing and gates, access roads from the highway to the gate and a simple drainage fall so the yard does not flood. The scope can be one of these or the full mobilisation.
Demobilisation belongs in the same offer. Units are disconnected, lifted and removed at the end of the job, and the plinths and hardstand are cleared or handed to the main works as the contract says.
Send the unit list or headcount, the site plan, the city, the available utilities and the date the facilities must be usable. The offer shows delivery and installation per line and what the site must prepare before the units arrive.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in a site mobilisation package?+
Offices and welfare units, generator or electrical rooms, guard houses, accommodation if needed, and the temporary power, water, drainage, fencing and access that connect them. The offer lists which are in.
Do units arrive ready to use?+
They arrive insulated, wired and fitted for air conditioning. Once placed on the prepared base, they are connected to site power, water and drainage, and the offer states what the site must have ready first.
Is removal at the end of the project included?+
Demobilisation can be priced in the same offer: disconnection, lifting and removal, and clearing or handing over the bases as the contract says.
Can you serve remote sites?+
Yes. Delivery, crane and mobilisation assumptions for remote locations such as the Tabuk Region are stated as separate lines so they can be compared between sites.
